Hell Yeah or No
I’m a fan of the content that Derek Sivers puts out, and I’m one of his loyal email subscribers*.
In a recent email, he shared the concept of “Hell Yeah or No.” I asked him for some background on the concept (by replying to his email) and he was kind enough to respond and share the following:

I love this concept as applied to how we should manage our time. Time is the only resource we are all given the same amount of. How we spend it will dictate what we accomplish.
If something is a “Hell Yeah!” then you should do it. Otherwise, it should be a solid “No.”
Otherwise, you’re probably spending time on things that are not moving you closer to your dreams and goals.
