Dragon Army’s ‘Team First’ value in head-shaving action
I’m incredibly proud of the culture that we’re building at Dragon Army. Our team (currently 26 strong) is made up of incredible individual talents, but seeing them come together as a team is what brings me the most joy. And our values start with ‘Team First’ for a reason!
Unfortunately, one of our team members – my co-founder, Ryan – is battling cancer, and has begun chemo. So last Friday, eight of us shaved our heads in support of him. Here’s what that looked like:
