The 5-Day Turnaround
I’m currently in the process of writing my first book, The 5-Day Turnaround. I’d love for you to consider joining the mailing list for the book so you can receive updates on progress and be one of the first people to get an advanced copy!
The focus of the book is to help leaders at established companies act more like successful entrepreneurs and startups, helping them move faster, innovative more effectively, and ultimately grow their business. Having been an entrepreneur for 20+ years, and having worked with leaders at large corporations throughout that time, I believe this is a book that will help many people find more satisfaction, and success, in their leadership roles.
I’m writing the book in a narrative style, similar to Patrick Lencioni’s books (of which I’m a huge fan.) I’ll share more on that in future blog posts and email updates.
