Feeling tired and over-worked?

We all get to a point where we’re tired and exhausted. The grind, the hours, it adds up and we start complaining that we’re working too hard.

Only, the number of hours you’re working usually isn’t the problem. In my life I’ve found that the times I’ve felt overworked, it’s not because I’m doing too much, but because I’m doing too little of what I should be doing.

I think most people get that. If you’re doing what you’re meant to be doing, what you’re really passionate about, it never feels like work.

You never hear anyone say, “Ugh, this sucks, I have to go do <insert something the person LOVES doing>!”

The problem, as I see it, is that most people haven’t identified what they should be doing with their life. Without knowing that, it’s impossible to architect your time (and life) to unleash your superpowers, and LOVE your job.

So, what should you do?

Start by finding your Purpose. Take as much time as you need, but find your Purpose. And then once you do, make it your mission to pursue that Purpose with every waking moment of your life.

And you’ll never feel over-worked again. Promise.
