One of the best things I’ve heard all year

Dragon Army has a purpose to Inspire Happiness. We look at that through three areas: positive relationships, impactful work, and doing good.

It’s a bold purpose, and at times it can feel in opposition to the financial goals of the business. And we work hard to bring it to live and remain true to it.

Along the way, I look for little signs that we’re on the right track, and recently I saw a glimpse of progress.

One of my dragons was reflecting on how she feels about the company overall. She said that she struggles to find time in her daily life to do good in the world, and she loves the fact that she can do that as a part of being at Dragon Army. In essence, she said, Dragon Army allows her to be a better person.
