A chat about getting things done

I’m obsessed with continuing to optimize my process for getting things done. The single biggest contributor to my success going forward will be how well I manage my own time. And to achieve the six big things I want to accomplish in 2018, I’ll need to be very efficient with what I do, and how I do it.

Recently, I wrote a post entitled, My Operating System: How I stay productive and get things done. I decided to dive a little deeper into this with Adam Walker, another person intently focused on managing his time. So, after recording an episode of Tech Talk Y’all (in which I was a guest host), we laid down this audio track discussing how we optimize our “Get Sh&t Done” process :)

    Love this conversation: the humility, authenticity and openness to share! My takeaways so far: 1) check out todoist; 2) I already get up early, but I could start on my work faster. 3) guard my time as a priority. I’m still listening!
