Dragon Army’s vision, tenets, and values

On this blog I write about a lot of different things, and I realized I haven’t shared much about my company, Dragon Army, in a bit. So, this week I’m going to post daily about different aspects of Dragon Army.

I thought I’d start with our vision, tenets, and values (VTV). Having a clear vision, with focused tenets to achieve that vision, and strong values to guide you along the journey, are keys to a successful company. And over-communicating and living by them is imperative.

————————————

Vision (what we aspire to)

To be the best mobile partner in the world

Tenets (how we’re going to do it)

Attract and retain exceptional people

Build remarkable products and experiences

Strive for operational excellence

Values (how we act)

Team First

Think Positively

Have Fun

————————————

I repeat our VTV’s before every management meeting (twice a week) and every company meeting (once a month). Verbatim, by heart. And it’s my job to make sure as a company, we keep them top of mind as our North Star.
