Today I turn 40, and 10 (thanks #leapday), and I’m asking friends to help this charity

That’s right, this is the big one :) I’m both 40-years old, and 10-years old, thanks to good old Leap Day. Both pretty epic birthdays, the big 4-0 and reaching double-digits for the first time. Also, I’m older than my 9-year old again, so I I have that going for me.

This year I’m asking friends and family to donate a few bucks to a charity that is near and dear to me personally, Central Outreach & Advocacy Center (OAC). I’ve been on the OAC’s board for two years and it’s a tremendous organization, helping “open doors out of homelessness.” And they need your help!
