Blogging from the Samsung Galaxy Tab
This is my first blog using the Samsung Galaxy Tab. Not familiar with this new Android tablet? Check it out.
Sorry for the shortness of this post but I wanted to do a quick test run to see how WordPress works on the Tab.
How does it compare to blogging from the iPad?
There’s better app integration throughout the Galaxy Tab than on the iPad. For instance, I can be on any website and if I want to capture that site’s link to blog about it, I can do that right from the page instead of having to open up WordPress and copy/paste.
I also think I like typing better on the Tab so far, at least for short-form writing. I haven’t written anything extensive yet, but when I’ve had the opportunity to do that on the iPad it hasn’t been a great experience.
I think the Tab will be better for Tumblr-esque blogging, grab a photo and post it, or a quick note or quote. Not sure yet about the longer posts but I don’t anticipate doing those on anything other than my Air.
