Video of the Charles Brewer / Advice For Good event

Thank you to everyone who attended the Advice For Good event with Charles Brewer on March 2nd. We had close to 100 people attend to hear Charles talk about his story! As some of you know, I was meant to be interviewing Charles but ended up getting very sick that day and asked my good friend, Sanjay Parekh, to take my place. And by everything I heard, both Charles and Sanjay did a fantastic job!

It should also be noted, we were raising money for a terrific local non-profit, re:imagine/ATL. Please consider donating to this great cause! And thanks a ton to the Center for Civic Innovation for hosting!

For those that missed the event (like me), or if you wanted to relive it in all its glory, the awesome team at Salesloft was kind enough to record it for us. Enjoy!

Atlanta legend. What he didn’t say is that he wrote the core values before starting the company or even the idea as this to him was the most important thing. The culture, loyalty and fervor he built for the brand hasn’t been replicated. Charles Brewer spoke to my mba class at Emory back in 1996 and 1997 several times in Benn Konsynsky’s class about his business, culture and values and this had a lasting impact on me. Charles is a true legend in the ATL tech scene.

Such a great business leader. I would work for him again in a heartbeat.

It was life-changing to work with him. I say as much at 61:20.
