7 Things Remarkably Happy People Do Often #blindpost

This is a blindpost from the article, 7 Things Remarkably Happy People Do Often, on Inc. I love “remarkably happy” people. We all do. They’re infectious with their joy and light up the world around them in a way that inspires us to be better people. To come up with my list, I thought about the remarkably happy people in my life – people like Ann, Jewel, Chad, Stanley, Katie, Adam, John, and Joe – and thought about the things I observe them doing on a daily basis. Thanks for inspiration!

7 Things Remarkably Happy People Do Often

They smile. A lot. There’s a science to it.

They complement people all the time. “Have you been working out?” That guy. Even though, no, we haven’t been working out, it still makes us feel good.

It’s obvious, but they see the bright side of things. They say things like, “But that ended up being the best thing that ever happened to me…”

They’re truly excited to hear what you have to say. They listen, they lean in, and they really care.

They use big, expressive words. Words like: Amazing. Wonderful. No way! Incredible. Wow! And in a real, non-hashtaggy way ;)

They’re unabashedly passionate. Doesn’t matter about what. Whatever it is, they’re all in and happy to let everyone know.

They connect people. They love to connect people to each other and they always have a little anecdote about each person. I love that.

What’d I miss?
