Here’s an idea

Android, Apple, Microsoft and any other mobile software companies should allow API access to their Phone applications so that companies can change the numbers on the screen to actual buttons that make sense.

Instead of pressing “7” to delete a voicemail, how about a “delete voicemail” button on the phone. Or instead of pressing 0 five times and then 6 and then 4 to speak to someone, how about a menu option on the screen instead of numbers to help the user navigate. Trackable buttons, I might add.

And buttons with a link to the web with information! Think about that, someone calls in to ask a question that could easily be answered on the web, and there’s a callout right there on the phone interface that links over to the web with that answer. Customer gets the information they want and the company saves money on the call center.

Could somebody do this please?
