Embracing my inner Apple Fanboy

Look, I admit it, I’m a huge Apple Fanboy.  Everyone knows it.  Andrew Knight even nails me for it several times on our first podcast.  So with that said, this is me (and un-willingly my daughter Kaitlyn) embracing my inner Fanboy.

I'll be interested in seeing how your fanboy-ness evolves when you realize that default font size for iCal and several other native Mac applications is incredibly tiny and cannot be changed. In other words, when you hit 40.

Jamie decided yesterday to switch to Google Calendar for this reason and also wants to try GooCalendar on her iPhone. When I told her that this won't be able to run in the background (giving her appointment alerts, etc while she is doing other stuff) she couldn't believe it.

@delross ugh, just use regular iCal on iPhone and subscribe to the Google calendar. done.

  13. […] I’m an admitted Apple Fanboy. It started around 2007 when I got the first iPhone and I tried my first Macbook. It’s important to know that before that point I was a loyal Microsoft user, or put more directly, a tried and true Apple Anti-Fanboy. I was the typical person who mocked Apple users for using an inferior product simply because they loved the brand. […]
